As an exhibitor, you have an effective way of marketing your business and getting the word out to the Parker community. You may set up a display only, or you may conduct sales.
As you have heard, this year's event is at the parking lot of the new Circuit City, located in the highly visable intersection of Parker Road and Lincoln Ave. This is an excellent chance for members to increase their customer base beyond the Town limits.
You may download the exhibitor application here. You may fax your application to the Parker Chamber at 303.841.8061 or you may e-mail it to Pati@ParkerChamber.com. Alternatively, you may mail or hand deliver your application, to Pati's attention. Your booth reservation is not complete until both the application and payment are received.
The Parker Chamber provides the following with your exhibitor booth fee:
- Standard 4' x 8' booth space
- 6' table
- white table skirt with vinyl top
- one (1) 7" x 44" one-line ID sign
- waste basket
- folding chair
- pipe and drape on back and sides of booth/display area
Each Exhibitor must provide:
- set-up and break-down personnel
- personnel to staff the booth the entire "open" time of the event (9am-4pm)
- all marketing and booth display materials
- your banner and/or your display must be contained within your booth space without encroaching upon neighboring exhibitor space
- payment of all sales taxes due to the appropriate taxing authority
