Kevin Walker has four decades of experience dealing with the challenges surrounding housing – over built, under built, poorly planned, well planned, good and bad policy. He has been involved in state and local legislative initiatives, was President of the Colorado Springs Housing and Building Association, and received numerous awards for service in the Pikes Peak Region. Kevin will help us better understand how the Front Range housing shortage impacts the future of businesses and how Parker can wisely be part of the solution.
